I’ve spent the past several years both winning and losing in the game of real estate. When I first got started I purchased every online course I could find, watched hundreds of YouTube videos, attended seminars and webinars and finally decided to through in the towel. I was done. I was so confused by what the gurus were teaching me that I was paralyzed. I’m sure many of you reading this can relate.

I wanted things to be easy. I wanted it laid out in a step-by-step process that I could follow and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Was I asking to much? Did this type of structure not exist?  Was I searching for a system that couldn’t be done? After flipping several homes and documenting my renovation process I slowly started to figure it out. My goal with the “Property Playbook” is to transfer my experience and knowledge and help coach those interested in flipping houses. I’ll provide you with a simple step-by-step system that will show you how to find, fix and flip residential properties just like I do everyday.
